UK Standard Shipping Cost Update

Please note, that from Monday 8th February 2022, the cost of UK Standard Shipping for orders under £30 will raise to £2.95.

Over the past few years, although shipping costs have increased, we haven't reflected this in the cost to our customers. However, to ensure that we can continue to offer the free UK Standard Shipping threshold of £30, we have had to make a change to this cost and the understanding and support of our customers is greatly appreciated.

Important Royal Mail Update

Royal Mail are experiencing some unavoidable delays, but please do not worry if your tracking is taking a little longer to update or if there is a slight delay in the delivery time.

We encourage you to follow the tracking provided in your dispatch emails, and to contact us if you are concerned that the delivery is taking significantly longer than expected.

Shipping the EU and Courier Upgrade/Priority Shipping to the Channel Islands are temporarily unavailable. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused, but we aim to have these services available soon.

UK and Channel Islands

Standard Service

Goods are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48® or DPD. In-stock items ordered on a Standard Delivery Service should arrive within 2-5 working days

  • Free on all UK orders over £30
  • £2.95 for UK orders under £30

*Includes Scottish Highlands + Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands for smaller items where goods can be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Larger items shipped via courier service may incur a cost.

Standard delivery times are an approximation and should not be relied upon if a parcel is urgent or required for a specific date. Please use an upgraded service if this is the case. Parcels will not be considered as lost until 10 working days have passed. Large orders may be shipped with another service. 

Courier Upgrade and Express Services

Our pioneering Courier Upgrade service allows you the benefits of fast delivery at a lower cost. This does not change the processing time of orders.

Picked, packed and dispatched the same day, our Priority Delivery service is Next Working Day for UK Mainland and 48 hours for outside that*. Please place your order by Midday to take advantage of this service. Orders placed after this will be dispatched the following working day.

Courier Upgrade

  • £2.40 on all UK orders over £30
  • £5.49 for UK orders under £30

Priority Delivery

  • £4.80 on all UK orders over £30
  • £7.89 for UK orders under £30

Delivery and Dispatch Process

What is the delivery and dispatch process?
  • Goods are usually dispatched direct from our own warehouse with processing time on orders is typically within 48 hours (Mon-Fri)
  • Orders will be shipped on a tracked shipping service via Royal Mail or DPD.
  • Delivery notifications are sent prior to dispatch and on route so you know exactly when to expect your order
  • Priority services must be ordered by Midday Monday to Friday
  • Items delivered direct from suppliers are not included in standard terms
Why do some products have different stock statuses?

Unless stated on the product page, items for sale on our site are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. In the event of stock errors we will endeavour to contact you before items are dispatched.

Some items are on a pre-order basis. Stock status is shown underneath each product on the product page and the expected delivery date will be displayed in your cart.

  • In stock the item is in our warehouse and can be dispatched immediately
  • Pre-order this is either a brand new product launch and will be arriving soon. The expected delivery date will be displayed in your cart
  • Delivered direct or dropship items are shipped directly from the respective supplier

Worldwide Information

Please note that all deliveries outside of the UK will be subject to tax and duty upon receipt in the delivery country. We do not currently offer any pre-paid duty or tax.

Calculations may not be accurate at checkout and we will contact you to let you know if there is an extra charge. Any refunds will be issued within 14 working days.

  • Currently if you wish to make an order to ship outside the United Kingdom, rates vary according to order (please see below) and some items (including larger, heavier items, Grimm's and Grapat) are exempt from overseas delivery.
  • If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Yes Bébé advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to follow up delivery information with their local partner courier or delivery service after it is handed over after Yes Bébé dispatches overseas orders. 
  • Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need further information, either by emailing customer@yesbebe.co.uk or using the contact us form. We do have flat rates to enable people to put orders through, but we will contact if there is additional to pay, or refund if you have overpaid. Please allow a little extra time for the processing of overseas orders. 
  • Please note that during busy times, including the festive season, international orders may be shipped in weekly batches. 
  • Some delivery services may not provide in-transit tracking updates and tracking may not update until a delivery has been attempted. 

IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST INFORMATION

Please note, all international packages weighing over 1kg must have their shipping cost manually calculated by their volumetric weight, so the final packaged size will be an important factor and not just the weight. This is likely to be significantly higher than that quoted at the checkout.

Unfortunately, once the shipping has been calculated after packing, measuring and weighing, we cannot make changes to the order and if the shipping cost quoted by customer services is not appropriate, we will refund your order. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Channel Islands: Additional charges from £10 will apply to larger parcels. 

Ireland: We offer a flat rate of £15 but please note, larger parcels may vary. 

EU countries: Rates between £10 and £12 for small parcels. Larger parcels vary.

Europe non-EU: Rates vary.

USA: The rate is set to start at £15 for parcels under 1kg (within reasonable dimensions), and under 2kg the rate is from £25. After that it depends on the size, shape and volumetric weight of the parcel as noted above. Please note calculations may not be accurate at checkout and we will contact you to let you know if there is an extra charge. Any refunds will be issued within 14 working days.

Australia and SE Asia: The rate is set to start at £15.00 for parcels under 1kg (within reasonable dimensions). After that it depends on the size, shape and volumetric weight of the parcel as noted above. Please note calculations may not be accurate at checkout and we will contact you to let you know if there is an extra charge. Any refunds will be issued within 14 working days.
