We bought these for our son who has Autism and they have helped so much with his anxiety that we have now incorporated them into our everyday morning routine and as and when he needs them on a rough day we’ll do additional ones. The box is slightly bigger than A5 size and is full of lots of cards with activities and exercises to cover different areas such as rest and relax, focus and calm and quiet. They have become a brilliant tool in helping him to start his day calm and confident but they’d also be brilliant for a bedtime routine too. I’d recommend these to every parent and some of the activities would be suitable for 2-3 year olds too.
