Priority Delivery

What is Priority Delivery?

This is a UK delivery option that we offer for most products that are fulfilled from our Coventry warehouse. Order before 12pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) for same day dispatch with a next working day courier service.

 

How do I know what is available for Priority Delivery?

There are two handy features that help you easily find items that are available for Priority Delivery:

1. Priority/Upgrade Availability product filter
2. Priority Available badge

 

How does the product filter work?

Mobile

1. You can find the product filters at the top of the product list.

2. Click 'Refine By' to open the product filters.

3. Select 'Available for Priority Shipping'. The filter will apply automatically.

4. Click 'Refine By' again to close the product filters. 

Desktop

1. You can find the product filters to the left of your monitor:

2. Select 'Available for Priority Shipping', and the filter will apply automatically. 

 

Why aren't all products available for Priority Delivery?

Products that are available for Priority Delivery are located at our Coventry, UK warehouse. If a product is not available for Priority Delivery, it could be for one of the following reasons:

1. It is a product with a specific pre-order availability date or timeframe.
2. It is a product that we specially order in for you from our supplier. 
3. It is a product that is dispatched directly from supplier to customer. 

Details are included on a blue badge and/or in the Shipping Information on the individual product listing, but please don't hesitate to reach out to the Customer Care Team if you have a query.
