Please see our last order dates for Christmas delivery:

• UK Standard Delivery Wednesday 18th December (before midnight)

This applies to items with the pink Priority Delivery badge only. Marketplace and other items may not deliver in time if placed after Friday 13th December.

• Priority Delivery Due to our warehouse move, we're temporarily unable to offer Priority Delivery.

Standard Delivery orders ship with DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24. Priority Delivery has a faster processing time, and ships with DPD.

The Worldwide Christmas shipping date has passed.

(Temporarily Unavailable) Please choose UK Priority Delivery if your order is required urgently.
Look out for the 'Priority Available' badge. Unavailable for orders that include our Gift Wrap service or Marketplace items.

Remember to keep an eye on your tracking after your order is shipped to prevent you missing the delivery.
You can find your tracking in your dispatch email, in My Orders on your account, and by clicking View My Order in your original confirmation email.

You will not receive Royal Mail delivery updates via text or email. Please use the tracking provided to follow the progress of your order to ensure you know when it is due to be delivered.

We have access to the same information as our customers regarding tracking.

DPD & Royal Mail - UK

Delivery is typically within 1-2 working days after dispatch when shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24, and the next working day after dispatch when shipped with DPD.

Please choose Priority Delivery for same day dispatch when you order before 12pm, and delivery will be with DPD (some postcode exclusions apply).

Royal Mail - Worldwide

Delivery is typically within 7-14 working days after dispatch, but varies from country to country.

For larger/heavier parcels, a courier service may be used.

Along with our warehouse and customer services being closed, there will be no collections or deliveries made by Royal Mail on the following days:

• Monday 27th May - Spring Bank Holiday
• Monday 26th August - Summer Bank Holiday
• Wednesday 25th December - Christmas Day
• Thursday 26th December - Boxing Day
