Dispatch & Delivery Process

We aim to process UK orders within 2 working days, and Worldwide orders within 2-4 working days, unless stated otherwise (Please see the Shipping Information on the product listing).

Subscriptions are excluded from our usual dispatch times.

If you require your order to urgently be delivered to a UK Mainland address, our Priority Delivery service includes expedited processing. This is available for most products.

During busy times, such as sales and the festive period, processing may take a little longer. You can find the latest updates here.

Orders fulfilled from our warehouse will dispatched with a tracked shipping service, typically via Royal Mail or DPD, but we do work with UPS and DHL when required.

Emails with tracking links are sent prior to dispatch.

When dispatched with DPD, you will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.

If you receive your dispatch email after 2pm, your order is likely to be collected by the courier from our warehouse the following working day.

Priority services must be ordered by 12pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch.

Goods are usually dispatched direct from our own warehouse. Goods delivered directly from suppliers are not included in standard terms.

Unless stated on the product page, items for sale on our website are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. In the event of stock errors, we will endeavour to contact you before your order is dispatched.

Some items are available on a pre-order basis. Stock status is shown underneath each product on the product page, and the expected delivery date or timeframe will be displayed in your cart.

  • In Stock: The item is in our warehouse and can be dispatched immediately.
  • Pre-Order: This is typically either a brand new product launch or we are offering a product that will be arriving soon. The expected delivery date or timeframe will be displayed in your cart.
  • Delivered Direct or Dropship: The items are shipped directly from the respective supplier to you.

We will provide you with a tracking link so you can follow the process of your order to prevent missing the delivery. It can be found in the following three ways once your order is fulfilled:

  • In the dispatch email
  • In My Orders on your account
  • By clicking View My Order in your original confirmation email

UK & Channel Islands

We offer three UK shipping options: Standard Delivery, Courier Upgrade and Priority Delivery. The main couriers that we work with are Royal Mail and DPD. Collection is also available from our Coventry warehouse for most items. 

We aim to process orders within 2 working days. During busy periods, this timing may increase. Goods are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24®, 48® or DPD. In-stock items ordered on a Standard Delivery Service should arrive within 1-5 working days.

  • Free for UK Mainland orders over £40
  • £3.50 for UK Mainland orders under £40
  • £3.50 for Channel Island orders

Our pioneering Courier Upgrade service allows you the benefits of faster delivery at a lower cost. This does not change the processing time of orders, and we aim to process orders within 2 working days.

  • £2.40 for UK Mainland orders over £40
  • £5.50 for UK Mainland orders under £40

Picked, packed and dispatched on the same day, our Priority Delivery service offers Next Working Day delivery for UK Mainland addresses*. Please place your order by 12pm to take advantage of this service. Orders placed after this, or during the weekend/Bank Holidays, will be dispatched the following working day.

  • £4.80 for UK Mainland orders over £40
  • £7.90 for UK Mainland orders under £40

Local to Coventry? Good news! You can skip waiting for the delivery of your order and collect it in person from our warehouse for free. Orders are typically ready to collect within 24 hours of the order being placed, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Our opening hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm. 

For non-UK Mainland addresses, including Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands, goods will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (a 2-5 working days service). Larger items shipped via a courier service may incur a cost.

Courier Upgrade, Priority Delivery and collection options are not available for goods shipped directly from supplier to customer. Please note that we may not advertise a processing and delivery timeframe for these goods. 

We are unable to offer Priority Delivery if you select our gift wrapping service.

Standard delivery times are an approximation and should not be relied upon if a parcel is required for a close specific date or urgently. Please use an upgraded service if this is the case.

Royal Mail parcels will not be considered as lost until 10 working days have passed after dispatch.

For couriers such as DPD, if you suspect a missing delivery, this must be reported to us with 14 days (at the very latest) of the delivery date on your tracking.

Large orders may be shipped with another tracked courier service.

Please note, additional shipping costs for some heavy and oversized items may be applied at the checkout.  For Channel Islands, an additional charge from £10 will apply to large parcels. 


We offer delivery to most Worldwide locations, but some product and country exclusions may apply. Please contact Customer Services if you have any queries. Please note we do not charge VAT on Worldwide sales and do not currently offer prepaid duty or tax services.

Please note that all deliveries outside of the UK will be subject to tax and duty upon receipt in the delivery country as do not charge VAT on goods going outside the UK. We do not currently offer any pre-paid duty or tax.

If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Yes Bebe advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

Shipments worth more than 1,000 Yuan will have to pass through formal customs clearance, and without an import license, you will incur additional import changes.

Please note that this law is out of Yes Bebe's control, and the customer is responsible for any postage and return costs incurred.

We aim to process worldwide orders within 2-4 working days, and we work with Royal Mail, DPD UPS, and DHL for worldwide shipments.

We offer flat rates at the checkout that vary according to the estimated weight of your order. This may not be accurate and we will contact you if there is an extra charge.

Small parcels of up to 1-2kg and within reasonable dimensions are typically dispatched via Royal Mail or UPS. If you would prefer to upgrade to a courier service, please contact customer services before placing your order.

We are unfortunately unable to make any changes to international orders once they have been made. If you wish to make any amendments, we will need to cancel your order so that you may reorder with the desired changes.

It is the customer's responsibility to follow up delivery information with their local partner courier or delivery service after it is handed over after Yes Bebe dispatches overseas orders. Your tracking details can be found on your dispatch notification email.

All international packages weighing over 1kg must have their shipping cost manually calculated by their volumetric weight by our warehouse team.

The final packaged size will be an important factor and not just the weight. For large orders especially, this may be significantly higher than that estimated at the checkout.

Unfortunately, once the shipping has been calculated by the warehouse team, we cannot make changes to the order and if the shipping cost quoted by customer services is not appropriate, we will refund your order. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our couriers aim to deliver parcels to Europe within 3-5 working days, and elsewhere within 5-7 working days. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guaratee, and they may be subject to delays.

Parcels will not be considered as lost until after:
Europe - 20 working days have passed after the expected delivery date
Elsewhere - 25 working days have passed after the expected delivery date

Flat rates from £10 for parcels under 2kg, from £15 for over 2kg, within reasonable dimensions. Larger parcels from £35.

We use locally sourced packaging and paper tape when packing the majority of our orders, but we also aim to reduce waste as much as possible, so we reuse suitable packaging too.
