All Ostheimer items are handmade out of solid wood and hand painted. Not all issues are a lack of quality, but a natural circumstance that the material wood and handwork brings with it. Some dents can occur during the transport. Natural tree bark could become loose, because we do not fix the bark with glue. Wood is a natural material and has a tendency to fluctuate in volume and warping can be caused many factors, we can not assure 100% alignment.
