Woudie XL is a rockerboard adapted in size and curve for older children and adults. The curve was tested and it promotes healthy stance and correct position of large and small joints of an adult.

Every member of the household will find a use for this rockerboard. The two, three, four… of you can swing together. As a balance tool it will make your yoga exercises harder. Use it in pilates or weight training. It activates the core and the pelvic floor. Woudink is an exercise programme practiced on Woudie. Ask in your local gym.
